Payments are not yet accepted in this preview. When reservations open, payment will be requested only after Velora reviews and approves the project brief.

Approval comes first
Submitting a brief is free and does not guarantee acceptance. Velora reviews each kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom project for system compatibility, scope, timing, and studio capacity because every design is bespoke.
The USD 250 reservation
An approved project receives a secure Stripe link by email. The USD 250 reservation holds a place for original Velora design work; it is not a cabinet purchase, installation payment, or non-refundable design fee.
Full refund before agreement
The reservation receives a full refund on request at any time before a separate written project agreement is signed. It is not forfeited simply because the customer decides not to purchase the project. Velora also refunds it if the studio cannot proceed with the approved brief.
What the reservation does not guarantee
A reservation does not guarantee a final price, verified measurements, materials, production capacity, installation, permitting, or a completion date. Those commitments belong in the later written project agreement.
Before Stripe is activated
Velora must complete legal, tax, checkout-disclosure, refund-procedure, and payment-provider review before sending live payment links or accepting money.
