The Studio is non-collecting when configuration is absent. These draft rules describe how a configured local pilot uses generative tools and remain subject to separate legal and launch approval.

Velora concepts are visual inspiration only. They are not final measurements, not construction documentation, and not structural, electrical, plumbing, permitting, installation, or final-pricing advice.
Consent before processing
The configured local pilot requires consent before AI processing. Velora still requires explicit consent before future photo uploads in any approved public launch. Only provide images you have the right to use; the interface identifies the processing purpose before submission. Studio room files are stored privately and are not published or exposed through a public link.
Raw-file retention
The draft retention target is deletion of raw room photos and generated working files within 90 days of the last design activity, unless deletion is requested sooner or an active written agreement and reviewed legal obligation requires otherwise.
Human verification remains essential
AI output can invent dimensions, clearances, materials, lighting, appliances, or structural conditions. A qualified human must verify the room and produce the documents required for ordering, permitting, and construction.
