This plain-language draft describes the non-collecting preview and the safeguards applied when the local Studio pilot is configured. It is not legal advice and is not approved for launch.

Configuration decides what appears
Without all required public configuration, the Studio remains a non-collecting preview: no form, file control, anonymous session, or submission appears. In a configured local pilot, contact details remain in memory until submission and are excluded from saved progress on the device.
Photo privacy and AI consent
Studio room files are stored privately and are not published or exposed through a public link. A configured flow requires explicit consent before AI processing and explains that concepts are visual inspiration, not verified measurements, construction documents, or professional advice.
Raw-file retention
The draft retention target is deletion of raw room photos and generated working files within 90 days of the last design activity, unless deletion is requested sooner or an active written agreement and reviewed legal obligation requires otherwise.
Choices and launch review
A launch policy must provide a clear way to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. California-specific disclosures, operator access, and the retention process still require legal and launch approval.
